What's your opinion about my Link Building Strategy?

What I'm doing as my main Link Building strategy is to buy advertorials from blogs with do follow links.

But the problem is that new blog pots doesn't have PA (it has, but it is too low).
What I'm thiking to do is to build backlinks to theses advertorials posts (as a Tier 2), using some Fiverr backlinks. So these way it can flow more juice.

I know that this technique it's not effective as I'm renting links from homepages, or doing PBNs. But I want a strategy less agressive in Google eyes (to pass in the algorithmic and manual check).

1) Do you think it can work?
2) I know backlinks from Fiverr is not the best quality. But it can hurt my site even as a tier 2?

Only one way to know for sure, try it and document the process for yourself. Learn by doing.

Not a terrible idea but make sure they are do follow links. Most adverts are no-follow.
