Hello black bats!

I've started to realize that what's helping me to get things done faster is to think about the general idea before I start a specific task. When you have a small business, you need to wear many hats: production, planning, marketing, customer service, accounting etc. And sometimes these changes can kill the flow of the current task.

For me the mindset for marketing is COMMUNICATION.

What am I doing? Communicating. This gets the juices flowing. I can write blog posts, share content on social, write nice or spammy comments, create images, make ads etc.One word: communication. It doesn't help if I think of winning, selling, "be the best", "be a champion" or other motivational crap.

Dark lords, I'd love to hear your thoughts regarding the subject!

I'm not 100% sure what you're talking about, but the main thing I'm thinking about is generally providing value.

So long as you focus on the person you're trying to serve and work out exactly what their problem is and how your product or service will help them solve their problem, then marketing your goods will be an easy task.

I appreciate your advice about deciding what to solve before each tasks. I've been IM seriously for the last 1-2 months. I find I'm just taking in A LOT of info but sometimes get off track. I do take action, but feel it's not enough.

Also, I only want to provide value like the above poster said. I tried going on ClickBank, but found all of their products to be shady. So I'm trying to find new ways to make money. I do have a Fiverr seller account with 7 gigs, but I have a website I use to advert the gigs, and want a legit AM product I can use for ads on my site. James Jordan Cash Super Star as featured on Caffeinated Blogger through YouTube, might be an option, but I'm waiting for feedback on a thread I posted in AM forum.

Cheers!

I believe that the trend of marketing has changed in the last decade or so. Everything has gone digital with the introduction of Social Media. Those businesses are getting successful who run a successful marketing campaign on social media. How many of you agree with me?
