What's your method of locating sources to target?

I'm on FollowLiker so I have to rely on third-party analytic sites to dig into a target's audience but it's not reliable and definitely not consistent. I other words, what's your criteria for targeting with good followback ratio?

I use Igblade.com and a bit of hypeauditor.com to research but mostly just visual on their engagement and the quality of their comments, etc.

Bump, anyone? Motivational niche if that matters.

If your niche is motivational pick up some accounts where losers or people with low income go. Single moms, weebs, stay at home dads whatever.
I have yet to see somebody successful sharing or caring about motivational quotes and stuff like that.

Appreciate the response and the ideas. I was hoping for more technical suggestions, like screening specific accounts to target, breaking down their followers, etc.
