I use Money site <--- PBN <--- 2.0 blogs/articles <---- spam. Been working for me for years. Occasionally I will throw some social signals in as well.

Newb here, interesting strategies but you mention "spam", what are we talking about? Just the crazy Fiverr link packages?

Also, a double 301... can engine explain or a link to a good example of one that works?

for long term sustainable ranking, I would avoid all PBN.
But PBN gives great result for churn and burn sites
