For good link building, you need to build good relationships. There are plenty of opportunities to build new contacts. You should start with niche-related communities: forums, blogs or social groups.
 
Link Building strategies are like blog commenting, forums participations, Q/A sites participations and guest posting. if your working with these techniques in regular basis then definitely you will get the quality backlinks.

Thank you for sharing this have a few question. That means building 2.0 to the PBN links? How many PBN lets say for a medium keyword? which 301 redirection sites would you recommend as I supposed you mean url shortener. Thank you!

fiverr is fine for social sigs. Don't use the same provider across your whole network though. Someone did I guide/case study on it (Leith I think)
