I have a fitness meme page and is nearing 1k. I've been using Instagress with outstanding success.I need some help with the bio. I want something engaging but not too market-ty.


So i want hear from you guys about this.
any tips? or general rule that has been successful? Whats yours like?

My bio is pretty standard as I only have a personal account. By the way, I've been using instagress recently and found that it's growth is really quite slow, I'm not sure on the statistics but I don't think it reaches +100 follows a day. What growth do you get?

I am new to this whole thing so i couldn't tell you what is fast or not.
I get, yeah about 100 a day. Its fast enough for me. I think it won't ring any alarm at such pace. I don't want my followers to think there is something funky behind the scene.
Also helps me maintain a good content to follow ratio,I wouldn't want 50k with 100 post.

I format mine in a text editor to help with carriage returns and to make it look clean and focused.

About 2-3 lines of text, organized.
Throw some emojis for color.
I try to make it look attractive and clean at the same time
