IM is my favorite side hustle, generally speaking. I mean, I do enjoy and prefer my main hustle doing research (I am a PhD in Psychology) but IM is paying better. Personally, $$$ is not motivating me enough (compared to doing research, that is).

Used to love buying bulk items from auction / liquidation houses BUT everyone is doing that now and the margins are just not there for quick flips.

Life has completely flipped in the last 6 months.
Previously my sideline was Opening Non-Reportable Offshore Accounts, giving guidance on Index Investing etc; now this is my Primary
My primary gig remains onhold, drafting / reviewing contract submissions and project set-up, which was on a day rate basis. Great Money, mainly just cut & paste
