    Hello everyone,

At first I wanted to ask this question like "WHAT'S THE BESTEST TOOL TO CHECK.. blah blah"

I felt that's a bit awkward... I've made a google search for this tool, and it came up with a lot of results. Some are not showing the actual ranking, some are limiting the keywords to 3 or something.

So, What's your favorite position checker for certain keywords? Maybe a tool that allows you to check the ranking of your site for a list of keywords and an option for selecting a Google's regional domain?

    Any help is much appreciated.
    Thanks.

I like SEO toolbox to get the general area, then again there's nothing like having a server locally in your market. I also like to check on yahoo site explorer every once in a while.

The best free: rank checker from Seo book.

The best paid: Rank tracker from Link assitant.

    Market samurai is also good.

Thanks guys, I'm only looking for the free ones. Or probably paid ones that have been cracked. I remember having a cracked version of Market Samurai.

Scroogle for quick one off checks and Traffic Travis or MS for larger queries.

    I agree 100%

Rank Tracker is AMAZING, the reports are very helpful if you're like me and manage a ton of websites for clients (around 120 right now).

Overall it just has a great feel, my only grip is it doesn't outsource captcha's, which I'm half tempted to write a bot to hook it and farm out the captcha to my captcha service lol.

I used market samurai for a while, my only problem with it is that it's slow when you have a lot of projects, if you have less than 15-20 projects to check ranks on, it's probably the best bet. Rank Tracker is pretty expensive and has a $100/yr fee to it.
