We all have little tricks that help us get more done in less time, whether it’s using specific tools, batching tasks, or even working at certain times of the day. I’m curious, what’s one productivity hack you swear by that makes your workflow smoother?

Some people would say putting your face in cold water. That may be one to try out.
 
Its depend on work and your knowledge about that work , if you are a experience person so definitely you will complete that work in a specific time with certain tools and shortcuts while in other hand new commerce will take lot of time.
In short "Experience Talks Or Matters"
 
For me, time blocking works wonders, I get way more done when I focus on one thing at a time instead of bouncing between tasks.

Exactly, working at home means a lot of distraction. When you are at office you are mentally prepared that its office and you must work.

Batching similar tasks together really helps me stay focused and get more done without constant switching between things.
 
Organizing my day in advance and only put the phone in the room. not to open it until 5 PM. Really helps me :)

Totally. I use WeWork and everyone in there is hustling and working, its an extra motivation.
