What's Your Favorite Pay-Per-Lead Program?

I've been doing research on the highest pay-per-lead programs and specifically for email sign-up, but most are below $10 as you guys know.

Even if it may be difficult to convert, what's your favorite highest pay per lead that you've seen or that you know pays well. Some of us can go crazy at the amount of options, that definitely includes me:hypnotize

I like Quality Health, which is done through Commission Junction. It's only $2.50 per signup, but its pretty easy to get people to sign up as the offer is for free samples.

Usually a better choice if it converts well. That site looks nice, I am sure with 200-300 visitors a day to your own landing page you'll do well. Hoping anyone can show a $10-$15 per lead aff program which isn't credit cards or payday loan types of sites. Mmm

Also, if anyone has any dating PPL programs they like, please post them here. I have a large amount of adult traffic and though Im branching into email as well, Id like to double up with links as well as email.
