There are tons of frameworks now React, Vue, Svelte, Alpine, etc.
For those who build fast, responsive landing pages or front-end tools, which framework feels the most efficient to you in 2025?
I’m curious which one balances performance and simplicity best.

I will recommend you use https://preactjs.com/ it's popular and light version of React. if it's something really simple I will stay with jQuery slim version.

react by far. have done some testing and play with vue and looked into svelte but react is hard to compete with for my needs and the upsides it brings really outweigh the small downsides of which there arent too many
