We’re seeing more discussions about “fingerprint browsers” in different communities lately.
Have you used one before, and in what situations did it help you most?
Feel free to share your thoughts, tips, or even challenges you’ve faced while using such tools.

They are not bad. For many things they serve their purpose although they are usually not quite as functional as they appear to be.
 
Most platforms don't care about your browser fingerprint. Problems to solve are completely elsewhere in many cases. If it was as simple as spoofing static data, it'd be too easy and everyone would do it as it'd be essentially free money. They fooled me in the beginning, but I tested differences and the only one was that I had to pay for subscription of profiles.

You can attribute your success in social media to them, but it's probably an error.

its handy if youre juggling multiple accts or sites. basically changes your browser’s face so its harder to link everything back to you. they're also often used for managing diff social accts, like fb or google accts.
 
Pretty smooth experience. Most of the popular names you see get thrown around work nicely as-is and even better when you pay up. It helps to have other well-rounded tools working in tandem with them of course but generally having them is near non-negotiable.
 
Not as useful as most people believe, in many cases a portable browser can do the same job or even better
 
For me, the biggest advantage is keeping each profile separate so they appear as completely different devices. The only tricky part early on was keeping the setups consistent and matching them with the right proxies.
 
People use fingerprint browsers to manage multiple accounts. From the agencies we work with, they mainly use it for automation. That being said, you should still make sure to use 4G private proxies, and have good settings if you plan to use it for automation, regardless of which social media platform you use it for. Dont just go in thinking that the browser will hide all fingerprints. Instagram can detect when you are using things of that nature so it is important to use good settings with the browser you choose.
 
This is a very good application, and it has its own tricks. It can solve most fingerprint overlaps. When you need to manage accounts in batches, you need to use it. RDP is also a good choice, but compared to fingerprint browsers, RDP is more expensive because it has many extra features you don't need and is not well suited for automated management. I use anti-detection browsers at work, and it is a good choice.
 
Anti-detect browsers, such as Linken Sphere, are almost a must for Facebook Ads in 2025; RDP works, but it isn’t as convenient. Some say fingerprints aren’t the main issue, but from experience, most big names work well, especially when paired with other solid tools.

Glad to hear you’ve had a smooth experience. Totally agree — for many use cases, having a solid fingerprint browser is almost a must-have, especially when paired with the right supporting tools.
From our side at dic, we often see users combining fingerprint management with automation or proxy setups for even better results.
Out of curiosity, which “well-rounded tools” have made the biggest difference for you?

They are great, i use them for managing above 100 X accounts, i used to get around 20% of my accounts banned per week, now i barely get a single ban per month

Thanks for sharing your experience — couldn’t agree more.
Batch account management and avoiding fingerprint overlaps are the main reasons they choose a fingerprint browser over RDP.
The automation angle you mentioned is especially interesting — are there particular workflows you’ve found work best with anti-detection browsers?

What part did you find most challenging there — was it the proxy type, the configuration, or something else entirely?

Exactly — that’s one of the main reasons fingerprint browsers exist.
Being able to give each profile a completely different “face” makes it much harder for platforms to connect them, which is essential when running multiple accounts or managing clients across different platforms.

For handling multiple accounts semi-regularly, automation tools work great. I'm sure there are some good ones floating around that's commercially available, but for me those sorts of tools are better as custom software. It's more personalised and all that.
 
I have been using DolphinAnty software for 5-6 years, and I am generally satisfied with it.

They help a lot when managing different social media accounts. Helps to avoid bans
