You want to know what my dream is?
To own one of these.
If you are wondering why it is because Utilities are very hard to create (do to the there expensive nature) Although once you have your utility built, you will receive a big check from every house you power!
Imagine powering a whole City of over 1,000,000 people!
Everyone pays a $175 Electric Bill TO YOU
$175,000,000 A MONTH!
What is even better is that it's not going to get saturated very easily either so you never have to worry about competition.
It's a monopoly.
To own one of these.

One thing I have learned from past business success and failures is to keep growing your dreams, because nothing breed failure quite like success, success causes you to lose that fire in the belly. Once you do that you stop innovating, your competitors catch you and you wake up one day with no income. So, either know that you must either make part of your dream wise investments that will continue to pay you when you stop earning (stocks, bonds, real estate) or know that you must always and forever get up and do it again tomorrow.
My dream right now is to go spend a year on the below boat with my family in the South Pacific. That dream will cost around $350,000 in cash to accomplish, but I will get most of it back when I sell the boat at the end. I already know what comes after that. And what comes after that. I keep a running list in Evernote called "order of priority" and everything but the one thing I am currently focused on can move around. I don't move on to the next one until the first one is done, or in a position where it can be nearly 100% outsourced, and my expectation is that as soon as it is outsourced income will begin to drop until it is nothing.

I already fulfill my dreams
It was
1, Beautiful wife who can understand me.
2, A nice Car
3, A Duplex house.
Now I am fighting with my #3 dreams. Already bought land for it. now trying to deposit some money for it.
