This past summer, Leslie Rohde of SEO Braintrust asked his subscribers, "What is your big-ass problem?" He was asking what is the one thing, more than other thing, that is holding them back from reaching their dreams, from taking their businesses to the next level.

I thought it was a pretty good question, and I'm curious to know how BHW people would answer it.

So, for anyone who might be willing to share...what's your big-ass problem in your business?

The thin line between diversifying your revenue streams(eggs in different baskets) and not dedicating enough time to any single project.

The uncertainty of where to invest your time.

Not enough business! LOL Work one job while trying to get a new company up, and hard to get the old lady or her unemployed kid to help -- not even for money!

Focus. I am not sure which stream to pursue. SEO, Ecommerce, PPC/CPA or Get a job.... Its fucked up !

I make enough to afford laziness and enjoy my money's worth with my love ones. I find it hard to move on to the next level without sacrificing additional personal time for myself and family.

Scaling. I have 2 growing businesses that are starting to choke me. I don't have sufficient staff because cash flow isn't there yet..

For my Internet Ventures, it's the too many projects and not having enough time problem. So when I'm working on a new project, my previous projects are bleeding dead, but they are still making money so it's acceptable. For my Offline Business it's the lack of cash. I need more money to invest in some new product development to really grow my business, but the business bills are currently limiting the growth. So I need more clients or find a other way to fund the new product development.
