What's your boldest move in your life..?

When I was seventeen, I escaped from home to a city where I knew no one. I hoped working in summer tourism industry but it was about to be winter. I had some money but it wasn't so much. And when I decided to go to a touristic district of the city on my feet, (I was thinking it would be morning when I would get there and could get started to look for a job), I ran into a police officer without a uniform. He took me to the police station, let my family know. They took me home back. I did it because I didn't think I could make it to university, wasn't the brightest student and my family was pushing me to study. I wouldn't know what to do. Anyway, things have been fine since then, but it's safe to say it was the boldest move I've ever made.

moved to a new country and continent (different language etc) with just two big suitcases, got married with someone i knew for a short time, and then started searching for job. 20 years after it all turned ok
added: unrelated to the first one - leaving a full-time job as a senior software developer in a big company where i had retirement plan, health insurance.... i could just sit there until retirement; and moving to affiliate marketing. at that moment it looked like a good idea :D

Next time—always look forward to the next time.
So far, the boldest thing I’ve done is move to an unfamiliar city and quit my job to start freelancing.

sorry but time doesn't stop for anyone
you ain't the MC in this world

Ten years ago, I left my job and started a freelancing journey, which has now turned into an SEO Agency. I read a lot of journey threads here and started many, and one of them earned me around half a million dollars. So it's a great move to start a business, and I was lucky to have guidance and a market like BHW. Now, I am on every marketplace, but here I feel more comfortable.

A few weeks ago, my Facebook was hacked. I posted on many discussion forums, including BHW, and the help I received here was next-level. It's not recovered yet, but I got 40+ responses and ways to recover it, which was amazing.

Met dutch guy on a video game.

Sold everything.

Moved from Florida to the Netherlands on December 5th to be with Dutch guy.

Been married to dutch guy for 15 years this Sept.

Not sure what was more bold. Selling everything and moving overseas for a guy I met in a video game or doing it in December when I had maybe 3 sweatshirts and 2 pairs of long jeans to my name and it was -10 out...
