Honestly, blackhat stuff is always tempting on paper, but the risks are just way too high. One idea that comes to mind is building fake e-commerce sites. You know, creating a professional-looking store, advertising hot products at super-low prices, and then disappearing with people’s money.
It’s a classic scam, but apart from the obvious moral issues, there’s also the risk of getting tracked down, fined, or worse—jailed. Plus, it doesn’t build anything sustainable.

If you are strictly looking for ideas to avoid I would say a blackhat idea never to be pursued is creating fake review networks for products or services to manipulate the consumer's trust and trick them. While it could generate profits, it’s unethical and risks you into serious legal trouble. You will have to keep in mind that Integrity and Sustainability matters more in the long run.
