Whats your biggest regret in life?

I had a big crush on my high school classmate, but was too shy/scared to tell her what I feel.

After high school, I wrote her love letters and she always replied. That went on for a few months.

Until one day, she told me that we should only be friends. That crushed me and broke my heart so I stopped writing her.

That was 20 years ago. Then recently she told me on Facebook that she had been trying to call me on the phone. She even sent me a Christmas card which I ignored.

She also saw me with a girl. So she assumed that I no longer loved her so she married someone else.

She said that she loved me but didn't want to disobey her parents. That's why she wrote me that we should only be friends. She was scared of her parents.

My regret was that I gave up so easily. I should have fought for her. But I was too young and naive back then. Who knows we could have been together now and have a fanily.

But that's life. I'm just happy to have known and loved her. We met but we're not meant to be.

sad to say , I feel we all live with " regrets somehow " even when our time is up go RIP will with " regrets " to be honest.

There's been a lot that I wished in the past I could have changed but had I done so would I be where I am now?

Exactly this, be happy where you are now and keep going in the right direction. Everyone has regrets but it's not possible to change them anymore. :)

For me, it's mostly messing up my relationship with my first girlfriend over stupid stuff, loved her a lot but things didn't work out because of my jealousy. Not sure if I'm going to find a new girlfriend sooner or later as I am an introvert who's working fulltime from home now in IM, but who knows. At least I am very happy and positive on a day to day basis :)

I've loved my friends and family members but they never cared about my feelings. I wish I could be more practical in life.

Not investing my CPA earned money 8 years ago when there was zero competition and now I have no passive income.

Been busy in IM and minting $$$$ so much that I put in faith on the bitch (my ex) and her family who robbed me out of more than half a million $$ as well tried to put me down mentally and emotionally. Many here said above that life is a destiny and you have no control over it so don't regret on things you lost but focus on things what you have left or on how to earn back.

Not buying bitcoin when I first heard about it back when it was under $1.

Honestly speaking, not one that happens to me three times
1) I love a girl who is not sure about our relationship
2) I Started Medical studies for her.
3) I Skip Medical studies in the final year after the breakup.

Can you explain this?
Of course, life is happening in the real time, and we should keep with it, in the real time.

As more as we watch backwards we are less real time task competitive, in every field.

Do not confuse this with not bringing decisions based on our past, it's only the experience we turn into good.

The person who works to become better have no space in his mind to even think of the OP question. Literally unable to become a thought.

Most of the population cannot do this, some can more often than others, and this is why we have levels in various skills and goods between us.
