My biggest obstacle is deciding which sports car I'm going to drive to the office every morning
 
My biggest obstacle is remembering all my lies that form my fantasy lifestyle.
 
I have the same problem, I think it's normal to get "bored" of something after you've done it for awhile.

Just focus, have some balance in your life and it will pass.

When you get sidetracked, think about the money you would make if you didn't!
