On organic traffic I am doing about 10-14% which isnt too bad, but on bought traffic (mostly PPC) I am @ 20-22% which suck. How about you? How many clients are getting their stuff for free?

%10 refund rate for my targeted traffic . I think refund rate depends on niche

I've always hovered at aprox. 10% but it's gone up a bit in recent months. The 60 day return policy is ridiculous. It just gives people the ability to get whatever info. they want and then get their $ back.

I'm getting all organic traffic and my refund rate is currently at 14.71% this sucks, sales are dropping like crazy from the last 3 months. I'm in the movie download niche.

I agree the 60 day policy sucks! 10% is a good target, but PP is right under 20% is normal...

I had to ditch CB.

7-10 days for a refund is good in my eyes...given the fact that they are DIGITAL products...anything over that is a green light to serial refunders.
