Gambling is worst, Its very hard to stop. I literally had to ban myself from casinos to stop gambling. It was so bad that money was no longer even motivation... Once I won 600€ for 20€ and lost it anyways for example, and my total bets were somewhere above 200k when I stopped

I do gamble but I don't go overboard

I know if you go hardcore you can lose your sanity.
