I used to play a ton of videogames, now I feel sad I barely find any time to play because of my new stupid addiction which is fighting stupid people on twitter, but I've been handling it and barely even go there anymore lol

Addiction is when hazardous behavior becomes your routine and you can't let it go.
You can chainsmoke on daily basis, but if you can break it any moment and not smoke for years, it's not addiction.
