What's wrong with Youtube views, rating ? It doesn't update

I've been trying to use the tube increaser to add views but it hasn't worked. My views stopped at 283 for like a week. Does anyone knows if this is problem with youtube or just updates. If it is a problem with youtube, are they going to fix it? Is anyone coming out a new better version of the Tube increaser, tube spinner, tube booster to beat youtube at their own game?
