whats wrong with Torrent Downloading Speed

every tracker is offline why ....

it's a broad question, what trackers exactly? if they belong to only one site, more than likely it's just a temporary issue and the trackers will come back online eventually, if it's happenning on every torrent site you try, it can be a user error, a configuration trouble with your network settings (Windows firewall, router's firewall etc.)

i am using vuze Client ... on Vuze my torrents are downloading but when i start downloading on Utorrent or Bittorrent the trackers Goes offline ...
