What's wrong with my tumblr?

First sorry for my bad English.

I started a Tumblr blog about half year ago, it's a nsfw blog (just some nude gaming screenshot), most of posts are my original content.

When I have ~150 followers, I often gain 25-30 notes per post. But after I gain ~200 followers, the notes drop down to 15 per post and now with 250 followers I can't reach 10 notes per post :(. I'm sure that the sensitive content didn't affect the notes. I tried to increase quality of my posts but the more follower I get, the more drop down in notes I get. I also use some advertise service such as buying notes and hiring people to reblog my post on their high traffic blog; but with the other posts notes still drop down.

Nearly, my tumblr blog also can't show all notifications. For example, if 10 people like my post I can only receive 4 notifications (my post still have 10 notes).

I have no idea what's wrong with my tumblr.

Does anyone give me advice to increase traffic?

You don't have visitors, maybe today from these 150 followers you have only 20 were online. If those guys follow 4000 blogs then your 1 post is almost invisible to them. Keep in mind that tumblrs have now the "improved search" option by default and this means you won't be seen on their dashboards. You should try to get more followers using shoutouts, atleast 5000 followers so you could call that an audience.
 
If I just want my new post get many notes, which one is better: buy followers or buy reblogs?

Notes=Likes+reblogs. Those followers you buy are fake, they won't interract with your post, reblogs are the only way i see.
 
Try buying reblogs from big pages, it's the only way to grow fastly.
I've your problem too, i'm at 32000 and get same number of notes of when i was at 20000 (and less followers)

I used reblog service from big tumblr, but only the post that the advertiser reblogs get more notes, followers increase very slowly and my other posts still don't have notes. Maybe because my tumblr's content isn't match with the advertiser's (gaming). I tried to contact some hot tumblr with the similar niche but unfortunately no one agree.
I'm thinking about buying notes.

Waste of money, trust me, try instead growing an Instagram censoring the "hot" body part and say to them that if they want to see the uncensored picture to go on your tumblr linking it in the bio

Tried it with facebook group, the result isn't good.
Btw, Nearly I can't get notification from new like, new reblog and new follower. My nearest post has 12 notes but I can only receive 4 notifications, 3 new follower but only 2 notifications. Is there a way to fix that?
 
Today my newest post suddenly receive more notes from strange accounts that named like xxx-yyy-zzz. Just add a tag #s*x and mark sensitive for this post.
I still can't get notification.

Yes, great, real* (bot) accounts that are following after tag :);).
 
I tried liking, reblogging and following many people. My post can reach 30-50 notes but only few days. Now my recently post drops below 10 notes again, despite of I still keep liking, following,.... I really want to give up.

Tried it but the result is still bad. Only the post I buy reblog from from high authority tumblr has more notes, get only very few new follower. Maybe because of niche of 2 tumblr doesn't match.
I also tried to contact some tumblr similar to mine, but they are too greedy and haughty, even I pay them 100$ per month they don't accept.
