What's wrong with my Scrapebox?

My scrape box keeps freezing , Even when posting comments to 100 blogs. (around 47 successful/100). This problem should not be happening. I have 2gb ram , i3 processer. My dad tried it on his laptop which has 1gb of ram dual core processer and he run over 10,000 comments at once with no freezing.

I am windows 7 64 bit. Scrapebox says it compatible with it so i dont understand why this is happening. I have re-installed. Run it from my Intel x25 ssd drive/Portable hdd and normal hdd and still nothing...

I have contacted support and they have not bothered to answer me back.

Bit dissapointed at scrapebox and the service as everyone said it was good.

Do you have big list loaded into link checker or anything else while you are attempting to post via poster. Because this list can occupy alot ram thus making sb to crash
 
Check settings and maximum timeout and keep fastposter to under 50 also check update regular, also I usualy do blogcheck and only take wordpress without capcha but thats me.
what internetspeed do u have?
read instructions more then once.

does it happen when you lower the number of connections? give it a try and see if it helps - lower them to say 50 and if it works, then keep increasing...
 
Whats different between the computers other than what is listed? Firewall comes to mind.
 
I had this problem and it seemed to be a rogue url that was doing it. Had 40k urls to check for malware and it would crash in almost the same place every time, so noted the urls where it froze and took them out, Problem went away.
 
The list was from a BHW member in the downloads section.

I done have any malware , viruses or spyware. I have run check's with norton v4 gold , malware bytes .

Not sure what's wrong tbh

I'm on British telecom broadband , 10 meg

his computer is 64-bit, while the laptop is probably not

I run scrapebox on WIn 7, but it's 32-bit, 4GB RAM, dual core intel, etc. and have had little to no problems
 
Still can't fix this , No replies from sb support either.

Can anyone put in direct contact with the maker of this? Is he/she on the forum?

Maybe is the problem with bad blog in the list... Try download some other free list here from forum and run it and see is scrapebox still crashing...

Or split this list on two parts, 50 blogs each and see is scrapebox crash on both parts.. if its crashing on just one there is the problem with the some blog in the list..
 
I feel a contact not response for any problem?

I sent on last 2 days for doesn't any works on addons.

But I not receive anything.

I've tried it on a few list's , Even paid list's.

Still doesnt work.
 
Not sure what may be causing the problem.. You said you tried it on another computer and it worked.. I dont think so that is the problem in version of windows because I used it on Windows 7 64bit...

Try Help --> Rollback To Previous Version and try again...

Already tried it in windows compatibility mode and it still didnt work :(

This time scrapebox froze after 19 seconds. The list was imported into the blog list hence no harvested url's appearing
 
I also have similar problem. I recently installed another copy of SB in win XP, having 2 GB ram. When Posting comment using slow poster in stops responding and some time crashes. I have contacted SB support system but no reply yet.

It was running fine in another machine having Win 7 and 4 GB ram. Is it a problem of low RAM or OS or IE?
