I am definitely sure that some of your ad units are causing your blog to be so slow. With AdBlock your page is loading, but without it the loading time seems to prolong into the eternity.
You have to take that thing down.

There are so many better options for the advertising, I am sure you are going to find something better.
If you can't apply for the AdSense try using something else.

As for the theme, your tabbed view is good, but the theme is terribly slow, so switch that one for a lighter one with the similar look and feel.
Also, use the responsive layout and mobile version ( theme) or a plug for the smartphones and tablets.

3. spam
4. content spam (content uploads on Web 2.0 - user generated content, linking to your web), watermarked images, watermarked videos ...

You have to work hard to get traffic on your blogs. You just have to try advertising your blogs on different types of sites. You can start advertising from social media marketing. It is an easy way to start promoting your blog.

Nothing is wrong with the visual aspect of it, but if you want more traffic your tld won't generate a lot on it's own. More popular domains would get better traffic on their own, but you can just spam social media or ask well established media to mention/link your site to generate traffic
