What's wrong with Google Ads support?

Hey there, I opened a few cases on support, however, no one is answering to me and when I check opened cases on https://support.google.com/google-ads I see the cases are closed.

Anyone experience the same issue nowadays?

You should call them directly. They do have dedicated support for advertisers.

You can note the case number and inquire from them through chat about the status and ask why was it closed and what was the outcome

Sorry to hear that. But it seems to be normal to respond late from google ads support side.
Have you checked the details of cases like sometimes they get closed coz of no activity.
If they closed without giving u any solution u can reopen. U can raise ur concerns at google ads community. So u may get any positive results

they take it's time, maybe they fix it on their side or they forgot to reply, they usually reply to me after 3 days or a week they really take their time but is not only you with this problem.
