Whats wrong with Ebay

I have purchased few watches on 13 January, 2014 from Ebay. Its almost 37 days gone, but I don't receive them yet. I did contact to my assign post office, but no news there. I don't contact to the seller, still waiting with hope. What should I do, please suggest me.

Do you mean you contacted the seller and he hasn't responded or you haven't attempted to contact him?

Were they sent tracked/recorded delivery?

No, I contacted only post office but not with seller yet. And, yes they sent tracked delivery.

37 days is too long to wait to contact the buyer. You should contact them immediately, and if they do not provide you with the item or refund, contact ebay. Do this today

Hey, I sent a support ticket to seller few hours ago and he replies right now. He told me to wait more 7 days. If I don't get my item within this time period, he will refund me.

Sound like the seller is stalling...I think you only have 45 days from purchase to file an INR (Item Not Received) case with ebay or paypal. I'd open a case right now or do a chargeback if ordered thru a credit card
