What's wrong with direct linking?

So I have a review blog with a couple of reviews with outbound links to a Clickbank product hop link. I mean - can't I just redirect my URL (.com) straight to the Clickbank landing page? I feel like Click Niche Relevant Comment Link > My Page > Clickbank isn't as good as Click Niche Relevant Comment Link > Clickbank.

Am I missing something here? If they are already clicking on my comment links why convince them a second time just to go to my product offer?

Would you bang out your credit card the first time you saw a product if you clicked a weird looking blog link on the internet somewhere?

No. So why do you expect some random dbag on the internet to do it for you like 10 times a day?
 
People feel more comfortable when someone else is telling them they're making a good choice by buying the product. Are you more likely to trust the person selling something or a "neutral" 3rd party? You have to warm them up first
 
For most clickbank products I've promoted, you'll get a lower conversion direct linking than if you were to warm up the lead by recommending it in your article (even higher if you add them to a list and follow up).

Best to test it out for each individual product and see. Sometimes the sales page of the vendor is good enough to capture a lot of sales on it's own, other times, warming up the customer is necessary. It's all about building up the buyers confidence leading up to the purchase.

What's direct link? I warming up the customer using the sales page of the vendor. Is the direct link like :https://ssl.clickbank.net/order/ord...&cbfid=xxx&cbf=xxx&vvar=cbfid=15372&oaref=xxx ?
or like: http://www.tinnitusmiracle.com/Tinnitus-Miracle-Video.php?hop=xxx
Can you explain it for me? thank you.
 
I'm not sure what is the disadvantage of direct link, i think vendor website is good, atleast it's better than what i can create

Ok guys, the vendor page might be very good and in fact should be very good, but the fact is if people go directly to the vendor page they know they are being sold to (people don't like being sold to). If you send them to a review first it seems like someone is just being friendly by recommending a great product. Most people don't know that the reviewer is just an affiliate making money. I don't know how you can't understand this concept

I understand what are you talking about and you are right, people don't buy it if they think you sell it to them. It's because i haven't seen any good landing page and don't know how to to it and where to buy one. I think it's very hard to make a landing page you need to write something to make they think you are helping them=))

I have gotten an idea of what people are doing. But I still don't know what's the direct link. I know that people don't like being sold. I got 500 visitors but only 1 sale. So bad, I really want to send them a review, and people will feel is so being friendly to comment a good product. I now understand the concept. Thank you over and over again..
 
?hop=swagmoney420yoloblackhat makes me think someone is getting paid for my purchase. Even if I don't know better, the URL just looks weird.

If the URL never changes, then I'm still at home, in the comfortable, warm, welcoming site I spent the last minute or so getting to know and love.

EDIT: You don't even have to make a landing page/review post if you feel the vendor page is good enough. You can cloak the redirect from your own cleaner domain name.

I use bitly to redirect link, right now i don't have landing page and i use youtube to promote these product
