This morning I found there were only total 3898 dirs in AMR and many successful registered dirs are missing.

Have anyone met this?
:(

It's bullshit, that's what it is. Hasn't been working properly for a week.

What's the point of having 2k odd of sites that are not working?

Yes.. I had problems to, became conscious after read this thread. I have missing +/- 1600 'ok' directory

Just because you have an OK site doesn't mean it is accepting articles. EG many many WP blogs allow user registration, but no posting will ever be done because the are WP blogs, not WP article directories. Also, I got rid of many of the 404, parked, and other junk sites.

Yeah, I haven't really seen anything showing up really. Excellent written articles, but most of them as I noticed are that wordpress thing. And they are all still pending. Been about a week now....

But that isnt AMR's fault really though?@?

Oh, no, not at all, I should have specified that, AMR worked great, was really impressed with it actually.

I'm glad you did this cleanup of the non-functioning sites.

You mentioned before you moved, that when we upload list of sites, we will have the option not to make it public... was it done? if not, when do you estimate that it will be available?

Thanks

they probably cleaned their list up. You couldn't set up accounts at a lot of them anyway.

I saw it also today. My success rate was very low because of the non working directories, so I think the DB needs a cleanup.

That's correct, and it is still a work in progress. I was doing more major database upgrades, and still am, when I mentioned that, but I don't want to put anything out until that stuff is rock solid. Now that things in my personal life are more stable and in routine, and the wifey has a job :) :) I can focus on my work

AMR has been quite awesome so far in my experience. The removal of some of the bad sites just makes it faster. I still get 1200-2000 submissions depending on the article topic.
