whats ur ideal affilate program? input wanted!

i have a bunch of successful eCommerce sites and i may consider adding affiliates. i usually do all my own inhouse seo work. however
im looking to do some research to see what you all are looking for
i would love to have any feedback as i may start to build my program


on a womens fashion niche does $10 per a item sold commission sound good?

how often do you look to be paid? every 3 days? 1 time a week? whats ideal??


how would that compare to how other sites pay out?
do you find something like a prestashop affiliate program tracking having your own log in to access your earnings ideal?

how do you like to be paid? bi t co in. p ay pal?

1 Id love percentage. Because getting 10$ a sale would be greay. But if the product costs 600$ it would be hard.
2 How often paid? Everyday would be awesome. But I advise you to go weekly. In case od refunds & cash flow problems. Let only high volume affiliates get net 3 or net 7. Others biweekly.
