Whats up with this?

How is this video the 15th most viewed today? It only has 461 views.

Because that's actually wrong. The youtube platform has arbitrarilly stopped the view count at that figure, and it hasn't updated in many hours.

By looking at the "statistics and data" tab, it's fairly easy to see some things. For example:

dailymail.co.uk has a link on it to this video which has currently been clicked through over 20,000 times. You ever had a video get 20,000 real views within a day?
