Whats up with these .IT domains

Some big blackout stuff going on, the screenshot is self explantory

None of these domains is actually indexed in Google,
Checking a couple of top-ranking keywords, it turns out that it was filled with such domains cloaking users to casino offers, pop up notifications & some content lockers, just pure cloaking spam
