I work as a CMO in the OnlyFans management space, been in this industry for a few years now. Figured it was time to actually join the conversations here instead of just lurking.

One of my partners started this agency early on after pivoting from other online businesses. I got involved and now we have a pretty sophisticated chatting set up. We got over 100+ chatters... honestly the best way to win in this industry is good chatting.

Once you have distribution locked in, chatters can squeeze so much revenue out of fans.
