Build a website for a few hundred, start running ads.
Pick your niche
- Avoid "traditional dropshipping", don't focus on selling stuff from AliExpress or other internet dumpsters
- Instead, look here on BHW, see what other people are selling, create a website/service page for it and resell the services
I have started multiple small SMM niche websites and made bank on them, $3-5k/month, with my best month netting over $17k.
Basically create a website that sells either Instagram services or SEO or any other thing, promote it on Instagram or Facebook, or even run ads, until you break even.
I would look at a few BHW Website sellers here, get them to build a nice website for you, then monetize it.
Also I would spread my bets.
- Do a few service websites (one for SMM, one for SEO) and see which one you are able to sell more of
- Do a few affiliate websites (maybe one Amazon, one CPA based offer, maybe even get into adult) and monetize those
Do NOT spend all $1,500 in one go, you only need a few hundred for a GOOD website, or you can even save that by learning and developing yourself on WordPress or Shopify, it's not that hard.

Also avoid paying for expensive courses and gimmicks, the only thing worth investing in is probably an SEO tool like Ahrefs or SEMRush, but that's totally up to you if you have the experience to use those.
With those, you can find keywords that are easy to dominate, this will narrow down your questions/doubts to more technical terms.

You can build a website like others suggested. You can also build a game and optimise it for the play store and make money that way.. or you can grow an instagram account or a tiktok account. There are so many ways and thing you can do with 1.5g. Good luck mate!

If you know what you're doing, you can do quite a bit with $1,500 budget if you have to ask however you're more likely to lose it
