What percentage of twitter followers will click your link?

4.13198741123421, it does not vary for any account and is the exact same for everyone

Not just the niche, it depends on so many things.

And click the link exactly where? In your tweets, in your profile?

You don't need a single follower to generate traffic on Twitter, you can rank in the search.

man..you really should not count followers on twitter. That's a dead end. Count impressions of your tweets. The only metric that truly matters.
My (botted) accounts usually average around 1 link click per 500 impressions of a tweet. pinned tweets usually get better ctr

@OP - you will find wildly varying counts on clicks coming from Twitter posts. bit.ly, e.g., filters out what they think is automate traffic & bots in their analytics, but do pass all the junk on.. goo.gl did not filter h1 2015, then started to, etc..

Something like 50-75% of the clicks you see in the 1st 24 hrs of a link posts are bots collecting data on what your doing posting links on Twitter (and ofc gonna copy what they think is interesting or sell that data as analytics on what social influencers are doing or whatever to benefit their bot masters). Those bots are not gonna buy shit from you, nor be counted in Google Analytics (which also filters that shit), nor help with Ad Sense revenue, nor monteze for you unless you can convince a stupid client that those are real clicks.... << but ofc that is a short term strategy.

If you really want to dig in on the topic, your need to get a clear picture of what's real vs bot clicks on twitter link posts. Step 1, filter out all clicks coming from ISP's that serve primarily data center clients (pro tip - real ppl do not live in data centers), e.g. Amazon Technologies LLC...
