Doorway pages - It is the method of bypass your contents separately for a crawler and visitors. And this is also a way to get a traffic.
Redirection - It is the process of forwarding one URL to different URL and it is a way to send both users and search engines to a different URL from they originally requested.

Doorway pages are created for search engines and through this visitor is sent to some other page which the webmaster wants the visitor to see. Whereas redirection is nothing but sending the visitor from an old url to new url. Both of them gives you good traffic.
