What's this? Bots? Google shenanigans?

Quiet time of day early this morning, there are 4 users online, but GA records 78.

Not recorded in Active Pages and not seen anywhere else, such as in zendesk.

Look into server logs. You should find your answer there. 99% chance that is a bot that support JS.
