What's Their Secret?

Today, i was searching for some keywords on google se regarding my blog then i was "wow" i saw one blog which ranked at the top 10 and that was he just posted the article 3 hours ago. how was he doing like that? i mean, you already on that top 10 keyword in just 3 hrs?

Google ranks fresh content high for a little bit then it drops.. Happens all the time with some of my blogs.
