Hi, what's the worst could happen:

1. If I setup a movie streaming site? Any way to prevent the respective companies to shut me down? Can they track me via my IP or something? How does DMCA Ignored offshore hosting helps in this case?

2. If I send emails to scraped email lists that are obviously non-opted, will I get in trouble (fines, jail)? I see many people doing this even after the DMCA rule and they seem to be doing just fine? What is the work around for this?

3. Best payment method for such things above? Don't want to use paypal.

Not just movie streaming but talking about any famous copyrighted contents and making money from it. And what about the scraped email thing?

All of the things you mentioned are illegal and have some sort of consequence. Unwanted emails are against spam rules. Copyrighted shit is illegal as you know already.

Yeah but people are scraping emails and doing this without any issue it seems
