[I think this is the right forum for me to ask about this, it's the closest I could see.]
Hello.
I have a new-ish agency client who runs a DTC lifestyle business in the female beauty area. Daily ad spend on Meta ranges from $150 to $300 typically, with a roughly 50:50 split across FB/IG. Her overall ad spend has around a 2x ROAS usually, even with crappy quality ads, but I know it could be improved with some housekeeping.
Her biz partner recommended Hyros a couple years ago and she's paying monthly for that. The partner is a Hyros affiliate via an agency she runs, and as such I can't objectively see why she recommends it so highly.
I have zero skin in the Hyros game, and the recent merger reminded me I keep meaning to ask about what the real deal is there. I've known about Alex Becker for some years, but I'm prepared to be open minded on this Hyros thing.
Do you use (or have you used) Hyros? What's your advice on it? How does Hyros get more or 'better' information out of FB advertising than the FB console? Where is the value proposition to a client (since the agency value prop is clear given the pricing)?
Thank you and best wishes.
