So what's the status with Luna and Terra?

Is Do Kwon in jail??? Should he be? Perhaps!

Look at the damage done onto the entire ecosystem.

By the way where did the BTC and AVAX formerly backing TerraUSD go? Was it audited? They practically destroyed 1 trillion U$ in crypto value in the course of one month!!!

Now they go for some airdrop or something? WTF?

If he isn’t now, he probably will be.
 
Crypto isn’t regulated like other financial assets so there is no recourse for any fraud behind them in any way..

He won't be in Jail as there is no legislation governing Crypto trading. He can only be prosecuted if he is found to have siphoned off investors funding. However in this case, he won't even need to do that. He just need to short Luna and manipulate the attack on Luna using the algo loophole that owner would be aware about. And then use the profit to buy Luna when price is extremely low so that there is a dead cat bounce to attract more investors money.

Once this objective is achieve, he just need to air drop to himself with Luna 2.0. Legally printing money at the expenses on the public with no legal repercussion. I think Fatboy has released info regarding TFL shadow wallet and hidden control on Luna 2.0 proof.
 
Not yet I think Luna2 is going to bite him back and he'll be prosecuted
 
Whatever decision Kwon made in the last 3 months is blowing up my hope in crypto. in fact, the crypto pump does not give me as much pleasure as I used to feel. Now I just limit selling my cryptos (BTC, ETH, AVAX, ADA). After BTC hit 50k, I consider my crypto dream is finished. but I don't know

He is not in jail, he is enjoying his life somewhere at holiday destination.

I think some guys in South Korea are planning on sueing him.

But if there's no real action from him that resulted in the crash, I don't think he should be in Jail. I saw somewhere that the system was specifically targeted.
 
He is being investigated by Korean authorities. He shouldnt be in jail. Everyone in crypto should know the risks. Besides, if the system was not targeted, it would still be running today. Soros once targeted the British Pound and got away with it. Should the UK MPC have been thrown in jail for failing to see what Soros saw? Nope. They might have seen it and hoped no one else would see it, just as it seems in this Luna case. Seems they saw the risk early but proceeded anyway, hoping no one will see it and actually have the resources and the will to attack it. They were just unlucky, who knows how many other projects have loopholes like this that can be exploited. Well i guess Murphy's law may apply :" if anything can go wrong, it will".

Correct but how do you know the "targeting" wasn't an inside job? Where are the coins that backed the system?
 
He shall be hanged , as many people had severe issues and then many died because of this decentralized gambling .
