Hey everyone

I'm looking at launching a lot of sites similar to this website: mydanielscondo.com

What is the easiest/quickest way to do that and is there a template anyone recommends?

I was thinking it'd be pretty easy to do in photoshop... I've got enough basic css and html knowledge was just hoping there was a really clean simple template. Might check weebly out.
