I'm looking for a simple watermark program to use for videos that can put text into videos & if possible convert them to different formats.

may i ask what's the problem with your software? what does it mean no longer works? it's because the key you used to activate it got blacklisted or what? if it's the case, i guess you can find a working version again or use camtasia, which is already recommended in this very thread in the posts above and below yours
