What's the safest method to receive Payments?

So this paypal chargeback thing scares me and as emphasized by most of you, there are 90% chances that the buyer will win the dispute when they chargeback.

What is the best alternative to receive Payments where there is no worries about chargeback and scammers. Skrill? Payoneer? BTC?

Edit: BTC is illegal in my country so ://

skrill or btc as once you receive the money in skrill or BTC there is no way a buyer can get that money back from you. Paypal is risky as f*uck if you are selling something that you can't explain to Paypal about unless its fnf

BTC but not everybody will use that.

Bank transfer is always good too. Some countries are used to paying for things this way. Americans not so much tho.
