What's the safe number adding friends on Facebook?

I'm selling clothes, I'm thinking adding potential customer daily at facebook and then post the product so they can see it and hopefully they will purchase.

I want to ask what's the safe number on adding friends in facebook?

because I try adding as much as I can, but suddenly there's warning, after I look around, too much and too fast adding friend will results banned.

Please tell me the safe number so I can safely adding friend and stay under the radar.

I don't think anyone has an answer for this. If your account is new, my guess is you will have more restrictions.

Twitter allowed me to do 300/day and then poof no more than 2-3/day.

My obervations are around 50-80 daily, sometimes 100, but if you get warning once the nuber decreases dramaticaly.
