Thought get atleast 1 lead with 48 click from us

I don't think that my page or audience are problem here
 
The problem is that you are expecting to get a lead from 48 clicks. Just get 480 clicks and see if you get a lead.

No it is not that. With 5 click i got lead many time. But this time 48 click... .
