Don't think you can sell a service or pay someone to perform an action without the required status also you posted the offer in the incorrect sub forum. Easier to delete than make all the changes needed I suspect.

Think of it like subreddits
If you had queries related to weight loss, would you post that in a subreddit related to tech?
Probably not.
