What is the point of posting methods that actually work? When a person posts a working method, they create more competitors for themselves, and make it more likely for the method to get patched. So what is the benefit of doing it? To get thanks?

People don't generally post their primary methods, they post ones that have worked for them so that others can (hopefully) put a twist to them and find a way for it to work for them.

What is the point of your comment? What is the point of this forum? What is the point of you being here?

Basically what OldSalt said. People tend to share their older methods rather than what they're currently doing. Whether or not the methods still work is often hit or miss, and typically you should just take the idea / concept and expand upon it to develop your own method instead of trying to replicate someone else's plan. If they're sharing it, most likely it won't make you rich - but it could possibly be a good foundation for something that could really line your pockets if planned and executed properly.

And your comment was pointless.

This make sense, and I could see the benefit of doing it for this reason. +1 rep

Well then . . . I suppose we should all stop posting methods and just discuss the weather. :)

Then the methods will last longer, making us more money without having to work harder. We then will have time to talk about the weather. :)

By the way Mr. Ben Linus, you just joined our forum today and at least
two of your threads are complaints about how we operate. Got anything
GOOD to say about us?

If you have such a nice method it will be moved to the hidden forum sections
which is not indexed and regulated. I was looking at a method posted to the forum back in
2009 and was like damn I just got a spark of an idea.

We do not sit around feeding each other bottles of milk around here we come up with our
own ideas and then help collaborate with each other. Besides 80% of the people who read
a good method will sit on their ass and not apply it anyway.

No one is going to give out their money making methods here. BHW is a melting pot. To make any real money you need to combine ideas from different methods into your own methods.

I am terribly sorry if you took my threads as complaints. In no way was that my intentions. I have tons of GOOD to say. I am very much enjoying your forum, and love to see how active you are in it. So far I would say that you have provided great feedback to my threads. Cheers!

I agree with the OP. Nobody is going to post a method that will make you any real money. Thats stupid.

BUT as a general Q+A IM forum regardless of niche? This forum seems to work nicely.
