I am trying to understand why exactly google does this thing called Google Dance? I mean, if I see my web page ranking in top 10, I will leave it alone. And if I see it's gone I will just wait patiently for it to come back. So, why google even bothers with it?

It isn't any intentional thing google does. Just an observation by people of what typically happens as your site gets indexed and the algorithms start taking in all the information they use to determine the indexing and ranking of your site. As all the info is being collected regarding your content, backlinks, etc. the algorithms keep changing your position and you'll see the site moving up and down in the serp. Once all the factors are found and taken into consideration then your site settles down to where it's natural place in the serps should be based on all the factors in place. Sometimes this happens a lot, sometimes it seems to be a more steady process. Its just all due to the math equations and the randomness of the information being collected. That's why everyone says don't freak out about anything happening during the first few weeks. Just keep doing what you need to do, and everything else will take care of itself.

Dude, this whole seo thing is a fucking huge conspiracy. You see when you have loads of backlinks, they won't index them. Then when you comment too many times, you get banned. They won't give much information on article spinning, backlink indexing, social bookmarking also. In short, they just want more webmasters to quit normal seo and start becoming paying customers through adwords.

So the whole point of the google dance is ..............................

    """"""""""""" (B)ADWORDS """""""""""""""'

One of my pages i backlinked has been dancing for 3 days how long does it take to settle ?. Also what i noticed is my domain also made other sites on the first page disapear and re-apear after a few days. Right now im waiting for it to settle any idea how long that could be?. Also i might consider not to add any more backlinks untill it settles.

You know that's a very thought provoking idea, and it does make sense! Because just today I received an email from Google Adwords with a Voucher.... it's probably just a coincidence but it feels like they know that I am trying to rank my business, might as well use Adwords, lol.

With the amount of stress Google is putting the newbie marketers, I am sure other search engines will take advantage of that. I wouldn't be surprised if 50% of the marketers start using Bing just cause they don't like Google's algorithm.

May be I am just speaking random shit but need to clear my head and chest :p

Dance, is a process of recalculating site's rating. And to recalculate 1 site's rating, it has to go and recalculate all of the site's that have links to it, in the first place. And so on, recursively.
That's why you see positions "dancing" , they are in a process of recalculation, and are adjusted ,as the spiders continue reacquiring the information about web.
At least that's the theory :) Nothing is certain with G.
